Stuck on the dark side reaching for daylight, nothing wrong with alright but that ain’t me.
I made suggestions, answers to questions, and all that they told me was let it be. Cause all my life, you know I was dreaming about, about a way to find a way out, you know, you know they can hold me down but Im reaching up for the sky.
There’s obstacles in my life, I just cant seem to do right, but I keep trying.
I told them that I wont stop till I reach the other side, they don’t get to decide, no, I made up my mind.
Nothings been the same, everything’s meant to change, see I’m meant to be free so take your chains off me.
Im gon’ turn it around, nothing can stop me now, some things are meant to be, this time its about me.

As a person, you are unique. And your relationships with others—lovers, parents, and friends—are unique. No two relationships should ever be compared. Other people may look happy, but you don’t know what’s happening behind closed doors or what a smile might conceal.  As human beings, we often look to others to gain insight or to learn something new. But that habit also makes us compare ourselves to others, and the dynamic in every relationship is different. It’s great to be inspired by a happy couple. I’ll see people interacting during a challenging moment, and I’ll think, “I wish I could handle things as calmly and with as much maturity as they do.” But does that really help me do a better job in my life? I think not.  I can learn from my loved ones, but there’s a limit. The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind-the-scenes to everyone’s highlight reel. The fact is you will never know what happens behind closed doors, so making comparison...
