I've been ignoring this big lump in my throat, I shouldn't be crying, tears were for the weaker days. I'm stronger now or so I say, but something's missing...

Whatever it is, it's just sitting there and it feels like it's pulling me down. I just wanna scream.
I just can't figure it out....

The most where I'm happy, the more that I'm feeling alone. Cause I spent every hour just going through the motions, I can't even get the emotions to come out...

As a person, you are unique. And your relationships with others—lovers, parents, and friends—are unique. No two relationships should ever be compared. Other people may look happy, but you don’t know what’s happening behind closed doors or what a smile might conceal.  As human beings, we often look to others to gain insight or to learn something new. But that habit also makes us compare ourselves to others, and the dynamic in every relationship is different. It’s great to be inspired by a happy couple. I’ll see people interacting during a challenging moment, and I’ll think, “I wish I could handle things as calmly and with as much maturity as they do.” But does that really help me do a better job in my life? I think not.  I can learn from my loved ones, but there’s a limit. The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind-the-scenes to everyone’s highlight reel. The fact is you will never know what happens behind closed doors, so making comparison...
